Our warranty begins the day after the project is completed, ensuring peace of mind and long-lasting quality for your outdoor space. 

What is Covered by Our Warranty?

1. Hardscaping Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all hardscaping services, including patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, decks, fences, outdoor lighting, water features, grading, and drainage solutions. 

Our hardscaping warranty covers:

• Workmanship Defects: Issues resulting from improper installation or craftsmanship.
   
• Structural Issues: Cracking, shifting, or settling of pavers, stones, concrete,      or other materials used in your project.
   
• Structural Integrity: Failure of constructed walls, decks, or fences due to      installation errors.
   

What’s Not Covered:

• Natural wear and tear.
   
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (e.g., floods, heavy storms) or accidents.
   
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• This warranty does not cover any movement or damage caused by pergolas, gazebos, sheds, or similar structures. Interlock is not made to support structural loads—all such structures must be installed with 4-foot concrete footings, separate from the interlock base.

Damage from wind or weather acting on unanchored or lightly secured structures is also excluded.
 

2. Softscaping Warranty 

Our 3-Month warranty for softscaping services includes plant installations like trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns. This warranty covers:

• Plant Survival: Plants, trees, and shrubs installed by us will be replaced      if they die within the first two month, provided proper maintenance      guidelines are followed.
   
• Plant Installation: If plants are improperly installed or are found to be      unhealthy at the time of planting.
   

What’s Not Covered:

• Plant death caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, pests,      diseases, or improper care after installation).
   
• Issues resulting from failure to follow the provided maintenance instructions.
   

Softscaping Materials Warranty (Purchased from 365 Landscape)

Materials such as plants, trees, shrubs, and other softscaping items purchased from 365 Landscape are covered by a 3-month warranty. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase. After this period, any issues with materials are not covered by 365 Landscape. For materials not purchased from 365 Landscape, 365 Landscape dosent provide  any waranty .please refer to the supplier's manufacturer’s warranty. Please keep your original purchase receipt to claim any material warranty directly from the supplier or manufacturer.

Exclusions and Limitations

• The warranty applies only to the original property owner and is non-transferable.
   
• We are not liable for damage caused by external factors such as vandalism,      accidents, or acts of nature.
   
• Customer-maintained areas or areas where proper care has not been followed are not covered by the warranty.
   

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with any of our services covered under the warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Call us at 365-386-5558 or email us  to 365landscapetoronto@gmail.com report the issue.
    
2. Provide Details: Describe the issue and include photos if possible. This helps      our team evaluate the problem more quickly.
    
3. Inspection: A member of our team will inspect the affected area and determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty.
    
4. Resolution: If the issue is covered, we will either repair or replace the defective      area at no additional cost to you.

Limit of Liability

The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing defective work. The total warranty claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services rendered.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Toronto/Canada.
