Yes, we offer free estimates for all landscaping projects. Simply contact us via our website, phone, or email, and we will schedule a time to visit your property, discuss your project, and provide a detailed, no-obligation estimate.


5. What services do you offer at 365 Hardscaping & Softscaping?


We offer a wide range of landscaping services including:


  • Hardscaping: Design and installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and more.
     
  • Softscaping: Planting, lawn care, garden design, turf installation, mulch installation, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance.
     

6. How do I schedule an estimate for my project?


To schedule an estimate, simply contact us via our website, phone, or email. One of our project managers will arrange a time to visit your property and discuss your needs. After the initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed estimate.


7. How long does a typical project take to complete?


The duration of your project depends on its scope and complexity. Generally, hardscaping projects can take a few days to a couple of weeks, while softscaping projects may take a few days to complete. We will provide a timeline once we assess your specific needs.


8. Do you offer seasonal maintenance?


Yes, we offer seasonal maintenance packages that include spring and fall clean-ups, lawn care, aeration, pruning, and other seasonal services.


9. Are your materials and services covered by a warranty?



Yes, we provide warranties for both hardscaping and softscaping services:

  • Hardscaping Warranty: Our hardscaping installations (such as patios, walls, and driveways) are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty covers repairs or replacements for issues that arise due to installation errors.
     
  • Softscaping Warranty: For plant installations, we offer a 3-month warranty on materials purchased from 365 Landscape Contracting. This warranty covers the replacement of plants that fail to thrive due to issues related to installation or material quality. The warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, pests, or improper maintenance after installation.
     

10. When does the warranty become effective?


The warranty becomes effective on the date of the final inspection and project completion, which is when the work is signed off by you, the customer, confirming satisfaction with the work performed.


11. What is included in the warranty for hardscaping?


  • Defects in materials and craftsmanship.
     
  • Settling issues that cause uneven surfaces in paved areas.
     
  • Cracks or breaks in walls or other hardscape features caused by improper installation.
     

12. What is excluded from the warranty?


  • Damage caused by external factors like weather, accidents, or neglect.
     
  • Any modifications or repairs made by third parties.
     
  • Damage caused by natural events such as earthquakes, floods, or extreme weather conditions.
     

13. Do you provide any ongoing maintenance services?


Yes! We offer year-round maintenance for both hardscaping and softscaping, including cleaning, resealing, and repairs as necessary. Ongoing maintenance is recommended to prolong the life of your landscape and hardscape installations.


14. Can I customize my design and materials?

15. How do I make a warranty claim?


If you need to make a warranty claim, simply contact us within the warranty period and provide details of the issue. Our team will inspect the problem and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. For plant-related claims, we may ask for photos of the issue.

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your experience convenient:
